最近公司的新项目，我做了一些基础的工作，基本完成后，就推送到版本库。一时心血来潮，想着测试一下仓库从克隆到初始化成功，是否能顺畅。于是克隆仓库到其他目录。
执行
composer install
得到下面的错误：

也没有问题啊！
又测试官方提供的高级版安装命令：
composer create-project --prefer-dist yiisoft/yii2-app-advanced yii-application
也能执行，这就无语了。让同事也帮忙测试了一下，发现也是相同的问题。只能上搜索引擎求助了，看了半天，很多遇到相同问题的。
各种操作成功的，基本都是如此
composer global require "fxp/composer-asset-plugin:~1.4" //或者，我是用下面这条弄好的 composer global require "fxp/composer-asset-plugin:~1.1.1"
还发现一个组件yidas/yii2-composer-bower-skip，顾名思义，就是跳过bower的安装。但是逃避了问题，也不代表问题解决了，这个不完美，我不想用。
万般无奈中，突然看到一条问题的回答中提到重启电脑。很醒目，果断重启。果然就好了！
